A fellow ham here in VK recently complained of a significant voltage
drop (2V) through Anderson Powerpole connectors. Has anyone else
experienced this on the powerpole connectors fitted to the K3 or
elsewhere for that matter?

Hi Dale,
When these connectors are properly assembled, crimped and/or soldered,
they should drop a very small fraction of a volt even with a 20-amp
load. The data sheet can be found on-line; check the resistance
specification.

This list is the instructor that is how we get to use more of the

other rigs.
I can safely say I am at least at 98.5% of use from this list. :-) I
can say the IC-7000 list is not this educational!

I operate in DATA A mode most of the time and found that the P3 QSY while in
DATA A doesn't include the offset to the middle of the filter pass-band.
Argh! To compensate I thought I'd write a macro to QSY then decrement the
VFO by 1.5 kHz to bring a signal into the middle (assuming the FC is at
Another suggestion is to have the main tuning knob change the left number and
the VFO B knob change
the right number. This way you can increment or decrement either.
