I have just started to use EMC2 with a homemade
tabletop mill and like it a lot. However, here
is some behavior I have seen in another controller which I
find very convenient.Is there some way to get EMC2 to do
this also?
Suppose I am running my XY-table in the positive
X direction and I hit the X
g noises from the
motors, but this is quite normal. Using my files will also make these
noises.
I will cc. this to the list for information, but expect that the
attachments will be stripped there.
Hope this helps you, good luck with your machine,
Robert.

Hi all
i have just got my SMP kernel working and RT built
running all the Realtime tests seem to run nicly, no errors and no
kernel panics, system crashes, etc
i have just updated my CVS of EMC and reran the configure and make files
$ ./configure --enable-run-in-place
$ make
$ sudo make setuid
Thanks Jeff,
I created a '.axisrc' file and bound my choice of keys.
All working fine.

I'm pretty new tho EMC2 end controlling machines with it so i don't know
