www - remove useless body
I'm starting a new release cycle for Enlightenment. To kick it off, here's an
alpha tarball:

There have been a few fixes and polishes to wizard setup and release files like
NEWS.

y fixes... ? i actually had
done the fix a few days earlier and was still testing/using it. i ended up
having to modify it due to the conflicts thus date moved forward a few days.

All of the relevant information is there in the review - it's not a patch
against a repository as such but code that would be part of one just to discuss
general design. It's stand-alone if you look at the full file links at the
