Have a look at el1262.m for a good example of using oversampling; even
the output vector and PDO's are calculated dynamically based on the

I have no experience using openSUSE's RT-kernel, you may be more
successful it.
In my specific case, I reverted to 15.1 with the 4.4-rt kernel and lived

What I have done is: start the slave connected to the Acontis master and let it
do the setup, then connect it (still powered up) to the Etherlab master and do
the cstruct command. The PDO mapping matches what I have setup in the Acontis

Excellent suggestion with the domain!
In my opinion however, I would not consider changing states (to PREOP),
stop sending data (domains) and the like a very good control strategy.
It is like breaking all ties the slave has with the master. It leaves
the party to go cry on its own.

You will have to change this line by hand every time after generating code. I
could not automate that. Maybe you make yourself a little script with a sed
command in it to do that. Otherwise, this is a well used setup by us.

the modules where it seems fit. You probably have a
build system separate from your target system. On your target you will have to
figure out how to get the etherlab kernel object where modprobe can find it.
