If you need to syncronize directories between an Exchange 2000 and
Exchange 5.5 organization, you will need to use the Active Directory
Connector (ADC).

Public folders are replicated across both servers but all are homed on
Exchange 2000 server.
Exchange 2000 is in a child domain that is native for DL reasons.

(modprof.exe) attempting to preserve user profile settings while only

First machine is a 2000 Server Domain Controller.
Second machine is a 2000 Server with Exchange 2000 on there.
