I've ran across this problem quite a few times while working at a large car company
(not to be named). This was happening a couple times a week there and we used the
Exchange 5.0 client to rename the inbox. Log into the users mailbox with the client
and you should have no problem renaming

exchange 5.5 server to host multiple domains. IS this possible with 1 IP, or
