It's true, the default mesh smile does not include dimples.
If you have 3D artist skills you can modify the smile morph on the
default mesh, then integrate it back into Modeller (using the
Customizer) so that your "smile with dimple" morph can be applied to

Yes, lack of hair does affect female faces more than male, and yes,
the paid version of Modeller allows you to download 15 extra
hairstyles.
In addition, I think the rougher appearance of men makes us more
tolerant of imperfections. However many people get good results with
female faces.
The SmileClosed and SmileOpen morphs do move the cheeks up, however
they don't affect the shape of the eyes. I would recommend adding a
bit of the EyeSquint morphs to achieve a really warm smile. If this
doesn't achieve what you want, or if you want to combine them into a

Our default mesh only offers the ears-out adjustment; no detailed ear
adjustments and no eyelashes.
This is the same in both Free and Paid versions.

To apply the shape you've made to a photofit face:
1. Save the face with the desired shape to a file such as shape.fg
2. Run the photofit (or load a photofit face from an FG file)
3. Go to the 'Tween' tab
4. Hit the 'Load Target' button and select your file shape.fg
5. Unclick 'sync lock' at the b
