most sanctuaries are just that: they are sanctuaries, for unwanted cats, and
do NOT have active adoption programs. if the cats were easily adoptable,
well..
it's too easy to forget that sanctuaries are NOT shelter where the public is
welcome to wander around whenever they'd like: sanctuary is
be listed
for adoption.

get to take a cat should more than cover its care and the upkeep on the
