That's so funny. Bruce woke up this morning to catch Grace peeing on
the clothes he once again left by the side of the bed. I couldn't help
thinking that I'd somehow brought it on with all the pee talk yesterday!

That's a good idea Hideyo. My Queen Ursula is a sprayer and the feliway
does help with her, (as long as I remember to keep spraying the stuff).
I know what her problem is, she gets pissed, (literally), whenever, we,

Yes, I think those of us in the 'pee club' can truly come out of the closet and not suffer alone any longer!!!
I'm really, really hoping that when I move some of this will stop. There will be more room for the cats and I will be able to put litterboxes in different places. I know a lot of my pee
I only have 2 that actually spray vertical surfaces. But even if I 'catch' them I can't stop them! How do you do that? They will also wiggle their tails and 'fake spray' sometimes too, so I never know (until it's too late) if they are really spraying or just faking it!

Hi Tanya,
We had that problem with Tinkerbelle. The vet said as long as there is any urine smell at all, they will keep going there. We cleaned the carpet with Odoban (from the pet store), and use the Feliway diffusers. You don't need one in every room, I think they work for 600 sq. feet. We did

I think there are lots of reasons for the urinating.
From my personal experience, I know that cats use to do this if they don't like some recent changes you had made in the house. Jersey used to urinate onto my bed. This was when my ex-roomate moved and he liked her. If you have
Thanks Stan,
This has been going on for at least 2 years. The sofa started this past year. So I don't know of any changes. I do notice that they usually do it when I'm not home a lot and do it less when I'm home more on vacation. Although I have seen them do it right in front of me at times!
