There are actually two problems. The first, where the app simply crashed on
exit, but could restart cleanly was fixed with 2008a--that was Leopard, all

relaunched short of a logout-login. (This is on a MBP 2.33 GHz Core 2

I just called MM Tech Support and was told it's a known issue and that
they are checking with the manufacturers of other products to try to
resolve the issue.

IAC bus is a system bus, meaning an open pipe is laying there, which

I just tried this now, basing it on my initial setup--when I first
tried, I didnt have this:
1) in DP, I changed the inputs from IAC Driver Bus 1-8 to FInale 2008
Outputs 1-8, and setup the Interapplication Midi, With DP Input and
DP Output
