Finale keeps a list of fonts on your system that are used in a document, so
that you can take the file to other systems and use the correct fonts. This
list can get out of sync if for example, take a file that uses the Awesome
font from your desktop to your laptop that you do not have Awesome
I've been with the company nearly 7 years, and I've never seen the box. My
understanding is that we stopped selling it 2 or 3 years before I got here.

The text files don't change fonts. Edit the Maestro Font Default file (for
maestro docs) and the JazzFont default file (for jazzfont docs) in your

I'm sorry, but I don't follow you here. I didn't know there were separate
fonts
-install, as they sit in the PSFONTS folder after install.
If they're sitting in the PSFonts folder, they should work just fine.
Search your system for win.ini. Is there a section called SoftFonts in it?
