Is it possible to have a Running H/F
that file to delete empty rather than make
even. For the last 5 years, I've been using corporate templates that are
single-sided only, but my recollection from my last job is that the setup I
detailed is the one that works.

autonumbering string. Not pretty, but it works. And it seems
like a kind of strange requirement in the first place (IMO).

about the name of the source file. If the objective is being able
to link to the *original* graphics files, the only solution I'm aware of is
manual inspection and matching.
