Deidre,
When you moved the title page, did you delete the autoTOC? When you
first create a toc, the formats are taken from the first file in the
book (as you discovered). Once the toc has been created, the formats are
taken from itself. In your case, since it already had the formats from

Hi Mike:
I did delete the TOC but it kept pulling from the title page. And
oddly enough, it appears to be pulling from an OLD title page -- there
was a draft graphic on the second page that I removed 5 or 6
iterations ago.
When I imported formats from a different file, the master pages
changed,
My experience is that generally the most foolproof approach is to copy
an existing TOC - or tem[late of same (or LOF or LOT or Index etc) into
the book folder where you are creating the new one. Then when you update
the book, it will write into that file, replacing the old content (if
present)
A key to making what Michael said work is to rename the existing TOC to be
the name the current book would give it, then in FM add a toc to the book. I
guess that makes it two keys to making this work. ;)

Hello Framers,
Is anyone doing any conversions to PPTX, which is an XML representation of a
presentation (for example, Powerpoint slides). I have some structured

If the PDF is tagged, it's easier to go to specific parts/paras of it
from outside sources. Like if you were doing context sensitive help
