ABC Amber Visio convertor is a good tool and you can use it for converting
visio file into PDF.
Infact, if your only requirement is to convert the visio file to pdf, any
PDF convertor will work. Most PDF convertors are installed as printers and
you can directly convert your visio file

files." It does have the ability to use OLE (object linking
and embedding) links to such a Viso document file, but that

1. Select Special>List Of>References
2. Select "Imported Graphics" and move to "Include References"
3. Click Set.
A documenent will automatically be generated for all referenced graphics
that includes the complete File Names.

Adobe Acrobat installed; that's the tool you need to create a .PDF
from Visio. The limited version installed by Frame is just that --a

Bruce Foster's Archive FrameMaker plug-in. I believe it is still $20. It
is designed to collect all of the referenced files, graphics or text
insets, to a separate folder. For what you are looking for, it creates a
log file that lists all of the imported by reference objects. A
description of this
I also use a 2pt para with white text called "frame". I hang frames in it and
put tables in it. Sometimes the text is used as well because one can cross ref

Then use the crop option to get rid of the white space.
It comes out looking great.
