If not, find a font that looks like yours that does, and then create a character definition that uses that font.

FWIW, I found that there was not a terribly steep learning curve for
existing functionality when moving to FM10. Some of the new
functionality (related to XML/DITA etc.) required some thinking,

Drag the pod off to the side so it is a child window.
You can also move the sub-pieces of the pods around to assemble a
"custom" pod.

Select the document, then Format>Document>Text Options, and remove the
hyphen from the "allow line breaks after" box. Click Apply, and
regenerate the index.
