You didn't specify the drink, and if was spilled on the keyboard, or on the screen- I'll assume the liquid made it into the case and onto the board. If you're lucky, it's just the cable or connection that is kinked or loose- it happens in disassembly/assembly. Jim mentioned the worst problem
