IMO the GraphicConverter is one of the best apps ever (I use it since a version 1.7.6 appeared in ~1994). With 5.9.3 it got so many functions, it is nearly as useful as Photoshop. It is loaded much faster and: look at the pricing. A Version 6.something is also available for a few dollars. There

I had this same problem and I had no luck at all so I just went out and bought one of those devices you plug the card into and plug that into the computer to get the pictures... It has slots in it for every type of card (flashcard, SD and SD mini etc etc etc) !!! Like a Kodak 6-In-One,

OK, got the drivers but cannot install them as this (damn) machine won't accept my password for installation. I KNOW the password for this machine (never changed it) but no matter what I type it tells me it is wrong (except for the Keychain password). How do I remedy this? -- Steve Conrad
