Hi,
I am new to galaxy but I've been asked to implement some kind of tool
which would automatically export the history details (the information we
can find when hitting the 'view details' button) to a file, for an entire
workflow. Let's say we run some analyses using some workflow, the basic

Hi folks,
Some of our local Galaxy instance users seem to be experiencing some
strange behaviour lately. I searched the mailing-list archive but I
didn't found anything related, so I'd be interested to know if somebody
already had the same issue.
The problem is that sometimes, when people are

Hi,
I already asked a similar question to the Galaxy mailing list toward this

I was seeking help on a way to create a tool which would be able to

Dear Galaxy Gurus,
I have been requested to find a way to tag each job (created when running
a workflow) with a "Project ID".
The user would have the possibility to enter a "Project ID" (maybe as a
workflow parameter) and then, some mechanism would link all of these jobs
with the "Project ID".
Dear Galaxy mailing-list,
Once again I come seeking for your help. I hope someone already had this
issue or will have an idea on where to look to solve it. :)
One of our users reported having workflows failing because some steps were
executed before all their inputs where ready.

Dear Galaxy developers,
I know I am not the only one with this issue, as over time I've stumbled
on a few mailing-list threads with other users having the same problem.
And I know the recommended solution is to use the -noac mount option. (

Dear Galaxy mailing-list,
We are currently facing a strange issue with our local Galaxy installation

I'm glad to know that I am not the only one having this bug. (Even though
I would prefer if neither of us would have it). ;)
I've already written twice to the galaxy mailing-list, but I didn't
receive any answers so far.
Let's hope someone will be able to help us solve this issue.

Hi Carl, John,
Do you know if there has been any improvements regarding this issue?
As far as I know, the provided patch seemed to do the trick, although it
complicated the update to the latest Galaxy distribution a little bit (not
that much though).
I'm asking if there has been any finding on
