map, despite the fact that the training is supposed to be in some sort of
base somewhere else where as obviously the game is on planet telos 2. Still,

Same here. One reason I think Shades of Doom is one of my favorite
games is precisely because David Greenwood added such challenges to
the game. You can't just blast or blow up everything in sight. Certain
challenges like the temporal disturbances require an element of
strategy to get around,
