PS Just remembered since one of my missions involves intercepting a Federation ship stolen by founders if you failed to catch it before it went in to enemy space hypathetically in following missions Cardassians, Breen, and Jem'hadar ships might have better hardware like quantum torpedoes

Hi Allan, If it is the Dominion war the Ferengi, Romulans, and Klingons are allies of the Federation. There is little room or reason to be fighting with them under that time period and story line. That of course leaves open what about the Borg, and they did attack the Federation last just prier
