Hi Blind Guy No I was not serious. It is actually just a bunch of the smallest sound files that I had so that they could play very quickly like that. And then have multiple instances of them playing at the same time. I don't know though sometimes random noise like that clears my brain.

Hi, That's easy to figure out. Every time Jim added a new game he'd have to record it's name and update the winkit file. This way the game will automatically detect the new game, and since Sapi is a real synth it is flexable enough to say something without having to be recorded in advance.

Hi Jim, I can confirm that myself. The Winkit package does indeed solve compatibility issues as far as I cansee. However, generally speaking those VB libs should really go in c:\Windows\System32 where all VB 6 games can access them rather than being in the local directory where just your games

Hi Michael, All the libraries you need go in c:\Windows\System32 which has been the default system directory for years now. Microsoft hasn't changed that in the 32 byt version of Vista. In the newer 64 byt version there is a c:\Windows\System64 directory, but most users probably don't have this
