hmm either you are lucky or for whatever reason you have a newer model. There are 2 types of hd cards. the origional cards realtech hd then the real tech alc hd. These seem newer than the older style of realtech hd. its possible that these cards have been fixed. even with the older drivers I have

hmmm tried to run the standard realtech hd 2.14 driver today. version is 393, my driver is 404 or something. the card was heaps lowder and more distorted. the menus jumped round like no one's business. I suspect i can only run spaciffic drivers for my laptop. the old 384 driver I have is the best
