does make GIMP run in Russian, but, as stated above, all 3rd part plug-ins like GAP and Liquid Rescale are in English for her. Any advices? Just checked the git repository of the liquid rescale plug-in. Paths are hardcoded, so it is really a bug in the plug-in source. I filed a bug
