Just a thought, if you haven't set up your savings account before and you are
setting up the initial balance as the transaction you are referring to you

I've had the same issue it rounding my 5 decimal holdings to 2 decimals. I was
told that if you select OK, it rounds to 2 decimals in v4.6, but if you just
hit enter it leaves it as you entered it. That works for me, although I do
think that needs to be fixed.

It would depend on how your jurisdiction treats these rebates for tax purposes.
If they are not taxable, you can treat them whichever way you like. I treat
them as a negative expense, but if they are taxable you would need to record

account. However, don't forget that if it is coming from a Roth IRA there is
no tax. 401K and Traditional IRA will involve a tax liability, but that is a

seeing the same issue. If I let the countdown clock in that same dialogue, go
to zero, it does save the file without the error message on restart.

I know you probably tried this , but when you are importing Are you checking
the "c" box and not the "u+c" box. The "c" only clears, whereas the "u+c"

you tab, there is an almost invisible dotted box around the 1st item in the
right window (funds out). Again, if you down arrow the item will be
highlighted. Same with shift-tab. Hope it is the same in your Linux version.
