a complaint before the Competent Authority under the Goa Children's Act 2003
The Competent authority under the Children's Act is Goa Government's

have nothing to loose but to support him. May be joining him in throwing

On 15th August 2004 we received a phone call from a resident of Ribandar
alleging the outrage of modesty of a minor girl on 24th Dec
Dr Colaco wrote,

Auda Viegas - who also happens to be (according to Advocate Aires Rodrigues)
the complainant to the police.
Comment: Auda Viegas after interviewing the victim, her mother and the
accused priest Fr. Newton
A review petition has been filed today before Goa Children's Court against
the order passed on 7th January disallowing on point of maintainability the
private criminal complaint filed by Mr. Anthony Frois uncle of the minor
girl allegedly molested by Ribandar Parish priest Fr. Newton Rodrigues.
