ok for those of you that dont know the bug is caused byt mianly ATI cards.. and the opengl cheat so if your using cheat and wanna play get rid of cheat. obviouslyt.. if you hav a ti card all you can do for now is try direct 3d.. but valve will be releasing a update patch soon to combat

This could be due to your video card. Which one are you using? If you are using ATI, switch to direct3d mode and try again. A problem was posted by erik johnson yesterday that ati radeon cards were having some problems. If you are using an nvidia, uninstall your wallhack and try again.

You don't need to worry about using sv_voicecodec. You should leave that one set to its default value. sv_voiceenable will allow you to completely turn off the voice feature for your server. The default value is 1, but if you set it to 0 the players on your server will not be able to use

The rules for how voice communication is handled are in the game .dll, so each mod can write it's own set of rules. By using sv_alltalk 1, you're choosing to ignore the game .dll rules and just forward the voice stream to everyone in the server. What you're describing would need to be changed
