I found a work around for the Bot issues caused by last nights patch.
In the Mani-Admin tool forum, Ace Rimmer suggested using Matties Event
Scripts to delay the start of your bot.cfg file by 5 seconds or so after
the map start:

Another easy option is to install quicktime.
You'll get the boost automatically, since qttask runs in the taskbar
at startup. No need to leave any files open.
