Sorry, I have no answer for you. When I ran into the same situation I gave up on Extra! and covertly* installed Vista 3270. * It's a legitimate copy that I paid for out of my own pocket, but it is not part of the corporate standard desktop 'image' so it won't be supported by the local PC geeks.
