Does anyone know of a report that shows the size of all email boxes? I
think we have some users with huge email mailboxes, but we have around
10,000 accounts on this server and it would take forever to check each
customer one by one.

I would be interested in a screen shot of how you got this to work with IMail.
Also, how do you keep the LDAP up-to-date? Seems to me that we had to sync it
all the time for it to see new users. But it has been a while since we tried
to get that to work.

We had this issue last week while I was on vacation and it was the queue
manager crashing... Probably a bad message in the queue. Set the queue
manager to restart on failure and you should be good. Or search and
find the bad message...

NOTE: I turned off logging for the webmail and then everything worked as
normal. The log file was 175meg, with other days being over 300meg

Have not seen the SMTP issue, but others have with a bad message in the
spool of some type. The archives should have tons of info.
On the HTTP service, this is a known issue and they are working on it I
hope. Major issue here as it does it more than once a day.

If you are using 8.22 or older you can go in via the IMail Admin and
delete by date or some other options. Just find his email in there and
right-click on the mailbox.

I think that usually shows that they did not authenticate before sending
out. Is there also a line showing that the user authenticated before
trying to send the email?
