Can someone comment on having Imail as the base of a major ISP e-mail
service. My user base will be approx 350,000 to 600,000 users. Sign-up rate

domains on my mail server.

Unless your email server listens on a different port, the port number
should be 25, not 26.
NAI/McAfee (still can't figure out which!) has WebShield SMTP,
NAI bought McAffee, so it is the same company with actually one virus scanner.
McAffee is a departement of NAI.

In preparation for this move I have converted all users from the CC:Mail
client to Outlook

Actually, when the remote server says 'Sender domain must exist' it usually
means there is no Reverse Record (PTR) for the IP the host uses. So along
with the MX and A records, you need the PTR.

Do you have, in the SMTP (or Security, cannot remember V4.0x too well), the
'Refuse Null Sender' enabled? If you do, disable, Apply/Save then stop/start
SMTP service. Now you (and the sender) will get normal bounce messages that
can give you needed information.
