have one, JAWS would announce RSS Feed when the page is initially loaded.
The RSS feed reader built into IE 8 is the most accessible and easiest to
use feed reader I have tried. To learn more about how to use the IE
List, I am running latest jaws 13, windows 7 and outlook 2010. When I open
an E mail message, jaws automatically reads the message. But when I delete
the message (using control key plus letter D) and another message opens, it
does not read automatically.

Al, when the message is opened, the delete key alone or with the shift key
do nothing.
So the control key with letter D is the only thing that works to delete the
message. If the message is not open, then as you note, the delete key or
shift delete key work.

There is an option that can be set to tell Outlook to open the next item
when one is deleted. When in the list of a folder use Alt+F followed by
Alt+T to move into the Outlook options. Use down arrow key in the list of

the next message on deletion. o 2010 opens the next message but jaws won't

Funny, I've had absolutely no problems with Word 2003, jaws 13, on
a Windows 7 64-bit machine.
I just checked, and zoom is set to 93%, if that makes any difference.

I think most of it still applies. Give the commands a try as you are going
through the tutorial, there may be very slight deviations, but I don't think
