Wayne, at least part of the explanation probably lies in your MS Word default settings. After pasting a copy of a PDF document into Word, use JAWS key+f to hear what your font, spacing and other format settings you have set by default. Each of these can be changed, either for the specific

Reed, Since I'm using Outlook 2007 I wouldn't expect to have the same approach. In fact, I do find the browse for default folder button under the Advanced tab, but I only find some of the folders, such as calendar and iCloud. I do not see my Gmail account folder there. Thanks for helping,
