I cannot see the thread so am not sure what has been suggested. I once had a problem with mails coming in but this was easily rectified when I went to menu take all accounts online. I am not on the Mac at them moment but just check through the mail menu bar and you should find this option. David

Hi Paul There are a lot of different backup solutions. Whilst we do use Super Duper! for base level backups, we use our own server as well as a programme called CrashPlan to give us remote backup of our files. We tried last year to encourage others to do the same by offering online storage.
