I would try going into her computer to forget that network, and then search

I had the Otter Box Defender series on my iPhone, and it was too much, too
thick, and too heavy, it was wearing a hole in my shirt pockets.
I would recommend the Otter Box commuter line, still probably the best
protection, but not as thick and not as heavy.

The way I do it is to do the forward command, and usually the address of the
original sender is in the body of the message, so I tab to the message and
select and copy the address, and then shift + tab back to the to field and
