I've written about this problem before but I'll have another go.
I am working with a client who cannot access the download button while in
a file list using Transmit. All of the other options, however, are
available. He can connect to a server using Command-K and download the
Mail Question.
Vo shift home will do it for you. there's no other way as apple broke that
feature last year.

I am using a Mac Mini Server and Mountain Lion. Currently, I use a
wired keyboard with my Mini; however, I would also like to use my Apple
Wireless Keyboard. The problem is that many of the keys do not work: IE
VO key combinations. I also can't start and stop music in iTunes. Is
turned on on my USB keyboard: I'm not sure.

I think you'll need some sort of display connected to the Mini in order to
use it. If it's the same as the 2009/2010 models, they made it so that it
