I am migrating from my palm to iCal and address book and iPod Touch because the on/off switch on the palm is broken. There is one thing I wish my iPod Touch had that my palm has: A stylus instead of touch typing. I can write so much faster with the stylus than I can type on the iPod Touch.

I use wiretap pro. But be careful because it captures all sounds that the Mac makes. For instance if you email program plays a sound when you get email, and if it checks email when you have wiretap on you'll record that sound. So turn off all extraneous noise making programs before you record.
