Yeah, the typing @ with a name only works on the desktop site. The only problem
with tagging people on the mobile site in the manner you describe is that it
then lists you as being with the people you tag. Not a huge deal, but also not
necessarily accurate.

I had to do this recently, and it's a bit of a pain in the ass.
First, you navigate the sidebar to get to the Skype home. Interact with the
HTML area and find the image with your Skype name and VO+space. Find the button
that says Profile picture and VO+space. Navigate down the Field table
You just have to select the link for the classic review page or to leave a
video review. That page will give you the radio buttons with the star ratings.

The problem you describe can be worked around. If your volume doesn’t go back
up, make VO say something else, and when it’s done the volume should pop back
up again. Usually works for me, anyway.
