I'd very much doubt it Rob. I don't know what it's like in other countries, but here in Ireland most of the trainers are actually sighted. Macs haven't penetrated the mainstream userbase to the same extent as windows-based Pcs. Consequently the level of knowledge among the trainers on the actual

Hi there, The interface is a little misleading. How I do this, and it may be a clumsy way, is to simply place the VO cursor on the text which tells you to either drag files, or click here. Once there, press vo-shift-command-space to click the mouse, and a file open dialog should appear. HTH
