I think the iwork suite will open Microsoft Office documents, but not sure if all features are retained. Office will never be accessible on the Mac unless Microsoft makes some changes, and uses the accessibility interfaces Apple has provided. Many people blame Voiceover because Microsoft Office

Here's something you might try and see if it works, drop box still needs to fix this, but, once you get your voice over cursor to the item, press vo+F5 to move the mouse to the item, then press vo+shift+space to click the mouse, not sure if that will work but it's worth a try. Original message

Drop box is a bit nonstandard, it does not show up in your command tab list of apps. You need to press VO m twice to get to the status menus, then navigate left and right through the items, drop box should be one of them. You need to use the VO navigation here, using the reguar arrow keys will o

One thing you can also do to avoid this is diable the tool bar in your apps. In most cases, there are keyboard commands for doing the same thing, and disabling the tool bars means less clutter on the screen. It's a personal preference of course, but I much prefer it this way. Original message:
