Unfortunately, the BARD app won't read BRF files via VoiceOver only with a braille display, and then, I think, only BARD BRF files. A few years ago, there was an app in the app store that would read BRF files. I don't remember what it was called, and I don't think it is there any more. I

iPhones have I believe always had an infrared detector near the top of the phone. This is what is used to switch in / out of speaker phone mode when VoiceOver is on. So that could help with the not a photo issue. Just put the phone an inch from your eye and it will un lock... lots of smiles. On

Jonathan, Your method works, I used to do it that way as well before I figured this one out. If you think about it, it's logical. There's quite a number of Contextual menu items available, VO just doesn't always properly access them all. Haven't quite figured out why this is so, but it is.
