You can also just call. Since it is an activation problem it should have the number in the popup, and I believe activation support is free. The couple times I've had to use it, the call has been relatively painless. They can give you a new code if your current one is not working. Best, Tim

Yes, it will print both sides. Prints the one side and then pulls the paper back in and prints the other side. Works pretty good. My previous machien was supposed to do it but would more often jamb than work. This one rarely has issues so they must have resolved whatever caused the issues.
