That's a reasonable price in today's market. Aircraft prices went up at
least as much as used cars, if not more so. That engine might go another
2000 hrs before it needs an overhaul, if it's flown regularly.

Look at the trunk lid - it's magic mushrooms, not LSD. Why did they leave
the interior stock?

If you lose a prop blade in a fixed wing, the vibration will tear the
engine off the front of the plane and the massive imbalance will prevent a
graceful descent. Same end result as in the copter.

The only reason Exx is cheaper than straight gas is the government subsidy
to use ethanol. It's a shell game that works because voters are so stupid.

You're missing the point of it. It has nothing to do with the longevity of
the car, nor your pocket book in any way. It is meant to reduce the amount
of gasoline burnt that isn't propelling the car. Simply lowering the total
amount of gas burned, not reducing your gas bill or total operating costs
Why is it still listed for sale then??? Get on it!

Supply and demand - keep raising the price until demand drops, then adjust
the price back one notch. Free market at work.

I should add that I bought 65 gallons of regular UL today (sans ethanol) -
cost $250! However, it beats the airport price of 100LL at $6.50/gallon!

My Cessna is worth 67% more now than it was pre-Covid. I need to get the
experimentals flying before the market crashes so I can cash out the
Cessna. Of course, the cost of materials for the experiments is increasing
as well.

We have a Kenmore fridge, top french doors, bottom freezer. THe ice maker
died and was replaced twice under warranty. THe next time it "died", the
warranty was expired, so I messed with it and figured out that the switch
that keeps it from dumping when you open the bottom door - with a bit of

The other factor is that software is usually considered to be rented or
leased, not owned by the user who pays for it - even old installed
applications like Office IIRC. So why should the software running the car
be any different?

The downforce from the wing is keeping the trunk lid down --- doesn't look

It's OK for aircraft, shouldn't hurt your wheels. I use it with one of the
air powered siphon sprayer guns and hot/warm water. It takes the exhaust
residue
Well, that led to a big time suck - but it is a very interesting story!

While it could have some effect on the airflow, these engines are water
cooled! I believe the cover is solely cosmetic.
