In the first ballot Shada Buyobe-Hammond recieved 18 votes and Johnahthan
Palmer received 15.
Regarding the endorsement, the campaign's position has always been that as a
grassroots community candidate, Shada and the community supporting her would
make the decision to continue or not

begriming, I was very honest about my intentions to seek the Independence
Party as well as the Grassroots Party endorsements. Never the less, I felt

I agree with Craig Miller about the benefits of neighbors renovating and
re-hab'ing rental properties near them. It is a way to both stabilize an area
and to offer economic opportunties to residents. I have been successful with
