Another interesting tool
might help you (so that you can pick your identity based
on where you're sending) or using a folder-hook and sending from that
folder or, as a last resort, just having macros that change who you are
with a keystroke or two.

One more trick: putting all of the identity-specific information (name,
address, sig, fun X-headers, etcetc) into its own rc file and then
sourcing

closest you can probably come is changing to there before starting mutt
if you don't want to just feed your message to a script that does the cd
and then the munpack for you...

and it said:
Command UIDL is not soported by server
this server had work with pine, MS outlook, kmail, etc.
and mutt can't work ?
