Just trying to remember - That was a reply I wrote a few months back!
I think I was saying that the "current situation", where not all of the
contexts are listed, is a bug report, but that the idea of introducing a
mixed state in the context checkboxes sounded like a feature request.

Which part is bug, which is feature request? I'm trying to figure out how
to remove 1 context from a group of tasks with varied/mixed contexts
assigned.

This looks like a bug report AND a feature request. I'm bumping it over to
the MLO-beta testers' forum, to make sure it gets noticed.

Correction - *You *don't need the graph! :-) I actually find the graph
quite useful, to help me judge quickly whether I have a particularly
overloaded day in the next week.
I'd find the Today view much more useful, though, if it added up the Max

I do something similar to what Michael does as well :)
Your 'variable task' feature reminds me of a feature I suggested on my
application to 'beta team', namely "*Workflows*".
You can implement a workflow-like setup by using combinations of "do tasks
in order" and repeatability, and while it
I think it's always cost & benefits analysis. If it's possible to replicate
a specific piece of functionality using current functions, then perhaps
it's not worth developing.
As every new feature will cost time & money to developers.

Hello Fernando,
Michael and Nick's point is that the outcome you're looking for can already
be achieved with existing MLO functionality. However, your suggestion
wouldn't add any complication (in fact it would be quite a neat option, if
it can be implemented reasonably easily by the
@ Michael & Nick. I'm not sure of your point. If a feature is implemented
which you don't like you don't have to use it. Are we counting averaging
thumbs up and thumbs down or are we looking to see if there is interest in
a suggestion?

I agree with Michael. It’s much more flexible to have separate tasks as you can
change other settings on each. It’s hardly any additional typing either.

Once there was a question how you can get the effect of that feature with
the existing MLO - that shows, that it isn't quite simple to do.
And I think, that feature would be used by many users, cause it's a
every-day-situation.

Would be a good addition! I'd certainly use it.

Thank you for the nice suggestion. It would be good to know what other
users think about it.

I think this is an *excellent* idea. Did anything come of this?
I would like popup text for describing all the current hotkeys available to
the user, when the user does a mouse-over on the relevant text.
e.g. This is a project would say: Alt/J
e.g. Mousing over the Start: date would say: Alt/S
specifically mlo.uservoice.com where all features go.
Cheers

Thanks for the detailed explanation. I do sometimes set complete

No, because what I want to see are:
Next Actions OR Actions that are due soon.
I.e., When I decide what I want to work on next, I'm overhwelmed by
Available Actions (too many actions) but if I choose Next Actions, I
won't see something that is overdue if it's not a Next Action.

I think, that it is very needed function in mlo. I wrote about it in

Though there are more ways...for example you can have a place in current data

This is one of those little things that would be great if it was
implemented. We're all used to Outlook mail that has attachements and
the little attachment icon, so implementing this feature would let MLO
work in a familiar way (apologies in advance to all Msoft haters).
