I do receive MLO's emails!!! But have never received the codes.
Yesterday I emailed Andrei at bacean.and...@gmail.com from the email
account used for MLO registration. I included a PDF file with my MLO proof
of registration from your website.

I guess the problem is that GMAIL puts their messages to Junk folder. The
words like Windows, key, discount, coupon make GMAIL believe that the MLO
email is a scam.
Their ISP host has nothing to do with this problem. Because i get well the
Android key, however the Windows Key is moved to junk f

problem or query, I've always had a fast response from Alexandra in MLO
support.

I have a similar problem and am a witness of MLO's lack of support. Have
been waiting my time for over three weeks now.
I am trying to get the upgrade discount for my licenses which I bought last
year. I am not trying to get anything for free. My license key is
acknowledged by MLO
Even if she qualifies for the free upgrade, I believe she has to go through
the process of getting the activation code through the ordering system.
Unfortunately, I'm still using beta versions, so I went through a different
route. But my point is that she will not automatically receive the MLO 4

@Steph, Like I said in my original post, she has tried using the Automated
Recovery System and it tells her that her email address is not in the
database. She has tried with every email address she owns.

there has always been quick to respond to my support requests. Perhaps
there's a problem with your email getting through to them.
