Andrey, I am not registered with my gmail account. I do receive MLO's emails!!! But have never received the codes. Yesterday I emailed Andrei at bacean.and...@gmail.com from the email account used for MLO registration. I included a PDF file with my MLO proof of registration from your website.

I guess the problem is that GMAIL puts their messages to Junk folder. The words like Windows, key, discount, coupon make GMAIL believe that the MLO email is a scam. Their ISP host has nothing to do with this problem. Because i get well the Android key, however the Windows Key is moved to junk f

I'm surprised that you haven't had replies to emails to support. Alexandra there has always been quick to respond to my support requests. Perhaps there's a problem with your email getting through to them. Probably a stupid question, but have you tried getting your new code via the Online Activa
