@Lisa @Jared

I have a similar problem and am a witness of MLO's lack of support. Have
been waiting my time for over three weeks now.

I am trying to get the upgrade discount for my licenses which I bought last
year. I am not trying to get anything for free. My license key is
acknowledged by MLO as good, but I get no automatic email from their system.

I then tried this forum and from the feedback received, I emailed directly
MLO support.

Always get the same responses:

1) Check my spam filter/junk mail folder
2) They just emailed me (but I get no email at all)

I have to ask - is this a scam?
