The product developer is Andrey and he just replied to you earlier in this thread. For whatever reason your activation codes are being blocked by a filter somewhere. Is there any chance your other account has a sophisticated filter sitting in front of it?
Please appreciate that the full time support person is on vacation and Andrey plays the role of developer/product owner for his team. Sometimes his responses are a bit slower than we would all like. However if he responded faster we wouldn't get the new features we bug him for.
