I guess the problem is that GMAIL puts their messages to Junk folder. The words like Windows, key, discount, coupon make GMAIL believe that the MLO email is a scam.
Their ISP host has nothing to do with this problem. Because i get well the Android key, however the Windows Key is moved to junk folder. A solution, imho, is to change the message template used by MLO team to send the keys. For example, they can try to remove some words wich increase the "scam score" of the message.
