Definitely no scam, even if it feels that way. Whenever I've emailed a problem or query, I've always had a fast response from Alexandra in MLO support.
>From what I've seen, you're not the first one their emails don't get through to. I think they've got a genuine problem with getting their emails out to some people. I just wonder if there's a problem with the ISP host they've chosen. One way round the problem may be to set up a different webmail address and see if their emails get through to you on that address.
